This has to be one of the most intelligent, thought provoking and "fun ending" movies I've watched in the last year.
There are a few theories on the ending as it is a bit ambiguous, but overall it really struck a chord with me, and I thought Elizabeth Olsen was phenomenal in it.

WARNING: "Martha Marcy May Marlene" spoilers below
I am of the opinion that the final scene shows us that the cult leader catches up with Martha. Whether she led them to her sisters house is open to question. But the scene where she is by the phone (and there is writing on the wall) shows us that she is back in the cult, and this is after the cult has caught up with her sister (who presumably met a sordid end) ..........she calls herself Marlene in this scene, and presumably this is the end of the cycle of names used in the title of the movie
