I didn't watch the game but just saw the score. Well, bless their hearts, 'bout time someone humiliated those -bleeps- Oh I know they got points near the end, but when it mattered... nothing.

Wish it was the Lions, but congrats to the Eagles and thank you for putting a stop to the 3-peat, if only for Green Bay's sake, who had 2 of them (wish the NFL would respect its past, you had a league before the Superbowl era, celebrate it, honor it, maybe put legacy numbers on your SB product the way comic companies do, lol, something, anything. But all this "KC will be the first" talk was irritating)

I completely understand this desire. In England, the Premier League (the top tier of football/soccer) has been in existence since 1992/93 season and any and all records which people talk about are limited to that, but there was over an hundred years of football before that, where all kinds of things/records had already been done/achieved and yet they're almost never spoken of. Ask who scored the most league goals and many will say Alan Shearer, as he's the Premier League's top scorer (and that's almost always mentioned whenever he's around/part of his introduction) with 260, but even the man himself scored more than that because he was already playing and scoring goals before the Premier League came into existence (23 more for the record) and it's nearly 100 short of the actual top goalscorer in top flight English football. That's not to denegrate Shearer, it's just annoying that over 100 years of history is brushed over so 'the brand' and its history can be centre stage.

Felt the Eagles would win going into it...wish the Bills would have beaten the Chiefs because I think they would have had a better showing.

When I was a kid in New York in the 1960s into the 70s, soccer was pretty rare on America TV. But one player from that time sticks out in my mind: George Best. He was like the Joe Namath of that sport, you know, the good-looking, fashionably dressed man about town.

I don't know about that, but they were given a wake-up call. That's for sure.

@KeyserCorleone I started listening to To Pimp A Butterfly on the way home from work. So far I really like The Blacker the Berry. Who is the singer with the deep voice and accent in that rap?
I am also listening to YouTubers talking about the symbolism in the dance. I had no idea Serena Williams was punished/reprimanded for doing the crip walk on the court. That is so weird.

The Jamaican accent? I wasn't sure when I heard it, but a little research showed that he's a Jamaican dancehall DJ called Assassin.
