Your Favorite Road Trip Movie??

Tools

Zombieland, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, and Drive Angry. And if you REALLY want to stretch the definition of a road trip movie then Apocalypse Now. Otherwise just the first three.
Saw Zombieland for the first time about a month ago...AWESOME!!!

I have to return some videotapes...
Mine is probably Sideways, it's just so funny and it's got such incredible characters. My favorite Giamatti role for sure.

Seeing some of the scary titles, I believe The Hitcher (1986) would also qualify.
It features more than one scene involving a road. I say it does.

Mine would be Joy Ride, Jeepers Creepers and Into The Wild

Whats yours guys ?
Would you really call Into The Wild a road trip movie? He doesn't really stick to roads or anything, he kind of is just traveling the world.

It's not my favorite, but as I grew up in Dayton, Ohio I'll give a shout out to The Dream Catcher (1999), as it was filmed by a Dayton native and filmed in large part there, despite it being the quintessential road movie. There's just not a lot of notable films from Dayton.

I guess road trip (2000) and joy ride

Obviously the best road trip movie is Road Trip. its got a wonderful cast and tons of jokes. With none other than Tom Green doing narration.
