Eh, I don't have a problem with it actually happening - I just went for the blunt, grammatically-incorrect one-liner because I thought it was funny. Ynwtf here thought it'd be worth bringing me into the thread, which was a bad idea.

I've been here for over a decade now and I can't remember him ever not being some variation of grumpy - even at his best he just seemed like a polite curmudgeon.

It's not like I have much competition.
