1990's Countdown Group Watch

If you like Fargo, you will like this. It's kinda similar, but without the humour.

No humor in a Sam Raimi flick? That's odd. I usually can't stand Billy Bob and I still have quite a long watchlist which I won't be able to complete, but I'll try to get it watched before I vote. Raimi's already got two locks for my ballot.

I just watched A Simple Plan a few weeks ago when it aired on one of the cable TV movie channels. It's a very good movie, but while the specifics weren't predictable, the outcome was predictable.

Of the three people who were involved in the initial plan, only Hank (Bill Paxton) seemed like he was intelligent enough to have a chance to pull it off without screwing it up. Plans like this are hard enough to pull off because with that large sum of money, trust goes out the window pretty fast, and it seemed obvious that the other two were going to make things worse as time went by, and of course they did.

This movie won't make my list, but it's definitely worth watching.
