The Best sports films

Tools

The best sports film, it usually centers on a true story as well, which is always a good start. But here are my top 26 sports films of all time. I could not get it down to 25 so If your favourite sports film isn’t there, put it up, but I think I have got them all.
In order from best to not the best but still a great watch:

1) Chariots of fire - true story, great actors, great film

2) Remember the titans - again based on a true story, great acting, and a great story

3) The babe - the story of the legend Babe Ruth, getting on a bit now, but still classic

4) Big Wednesday - a cult surfing movie, starring Gary busey, for its day and still is magic

5) Somebody up there likes me - a feel good story, makes you laugh and smile
