Missing security token

Why do I get this notice from time to time when I try to post? @Yoda

It happens when someone leaves a window open for a long time (usually overnight), then try to submit a form. If you come back and refresh the page before submitting it'll go through fine.

Wouldnt they have to save/copy text before refreshing or else they'd lose it?

Up to you. However, the error in question only has one cause and it's always that. If you have time later and want to figure it out, just elaborate a bit on "doesn't work" and I'm positive it'll be sorted quickly.

Shot in the dark, I'm guessing maybe you refreshed and it also asked you to confirm your form submission data, and you clicked Yes/OK, and got the error then.

All this is assuming you don't have a VPN or some kind of odd browser plugin that might be interfering in some other way, of course. But barring that it's always going to be a page that was left open for a long period of time and then had a form submitted after without refresh.
