I actually enjoyed the new one very much, all nostalgia aside from the old-one, I thought this was actually better than the original.... but then again, so is the technology.

I'm ok with a no plot movie as long as it doesnt try to pass off as one that has a plot... I'm not yet moved to see the movie, from the previews, just seems like I've watched that movie a few times...

I think it is over-rated, however for what it was...

I think it is over-rated, however for what it was in the time and the fact that even though we have all seen it we would re-watch it it does say a lot about its longevity.
