It's not the first time, but this is certainly my highest-rated film he's shown such enthusiasm for. He's just got to watch more of my Top 170+. Or just more films (me too).

There's so many, but I really love the scene directly after where Ratso imagines himself King Pimp of Florida, at least for a little while.

Ratso is still my favorite character in cinema history.

He's damn close to mine too, but Elmer Gantry might top him by a hair.
