Hello! help
the guy moves over time with a watch(time travel), can only move at a certain hour to show the clock, there was like another man who gave him this watch.

But about the time nor the fact that the only thing I remember from back guy with a kid to move in time with the help of these hours (remember the time), then the kids for some reason (can not remember) had to travel alone, I remember sitting and waiting when it's the right time on the clock to jump in time, like waiting. Sam leap vividly depicted, concentric circles, etc. graphics of the time normally. Hours ago as a small chain, or possibly wrist, like the clock on a circle of the ring were either one ring, who spun to set the time to go right. A young kid like 12-14 years old although I could be wrong. Peasant boy also trained to use these hours.

also it's not Somewhere in Time 1980
BACK TO THE FUTURE
Clockmaker 1998
Waxwork II: Lost in Time

How about this?

The Blue Yonder (1985)

Plot Synopsis: A young boy hears stories about his great grandfather trying to fly across the English Channel. Then he discovers his grandfather's time machine. Max takes it for a spin and meets his great grandfather in person. He tries to help him make the flight that could put him in history books.

These two movies feature a wristwatch device, but I don't think there's a little boy.

Trancers (1985)

Clockstoppers (2002)

There you go, will beat me to it.

I don't think the movie as described exists. There is a children's novel that sounds like the story, but too new and no movie.

But if it did my favourite scene would be ''Sam leap vividly depicted, concentric circles, etc. graphics of the time normally''

guys i don't write it's not Clockstoppers (2002) because author looked in the early 90's

and in Trancers (1985) was a kid boy like 12-14 years ?

Nope, no kid in Trancers, or its sequels - and I'm too scared to even search for a boy in those horrible films!

How about this TV series? It's got everything... boy, time travel and a watch-like device.

Voyagers! (1982)

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0083500/

Then there's this oldie from TV - with everything but the boy

The Girl, the Gold Watch & Everything (TV 1980)

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0080792/

While you're on it, also check this out:

Josh Kirby: Time Warrior (1995)

http://www.imdb.com/find?s=tt&q=josh+kirby

It fits the timeline you're looking for... the 90s.

Think I'm having too much fun posting videos. I'll take a breather
