Not too bad. Most of it went fine. Then lost a softball game in annoying fashion and didn't get a lot of action, so I was kind of pent up. Got another game tonight and I'm looking forward to going HAM to make up for it.

When I was buying a house four years ago (at the height of the pandemic � I have great timing, I know. Imagine the move in lockdown), I did see two houses that were significantly cheaper than market value because of a tragedy/something unseemly that happened there. So hey, it still happens. Estate agents have been relatively forthcoming with the info, too, in my experience.
