theatrical I believe, it was 2 hr 28 min, is the director's cut worth it? I found it mid, with some great shoots and scenes but I don't think I'd be interested to re-watch it tbh

A reimagining of the original hillbilly horror, very good if you like cult horror.

The Thicket. Apparently it's supposed to be a Western thriller.

Well this is certainly, ahem, different. Quite a strange film, and the eventual denouement is very predictable, but it really is very disturbing and lingers.
