The Maureen McGovern-esque "Tomorrow Is Another Day" from The Rescuers is a criminally underrated Disney song.

You just reminded me of my favorite movie song, Maureen McGovern's The Morning After from The Poseidon Adventure

Do you like the song she did for The Towering Inferno?

Theme from Shaft

Arthur's Theme (Best That You Can Do)

Up Where We Belong

The Power of :Love

Georgy Girl

Live and Let Die

My Heart Will Go On

Born Free

Raindrops Keep Fallin' on My Head

"Across 110th Street" by Bobby Womack, average film but what a tune.
Statued by Adem, Dead Man's Shoes, not sure if this was "commissioned" by Shane Meadows (it's so hard to source) but it suits the rustic and emotional isolation of the Richard character beautifully.

Great choice. One of my favorite songs.
One chilly but not unpleasant December day a buddy of mine and I decided to take some acid and walk through Central Park from the Southeast corner all the way to the Northern edge and back down the West side. We were sharing earbuds, each of us having the outside one so we could also talk, and that way we had a common soundtrack. Night fell as we reached the Northern edge of the Park and we decided to go into Harlem and get a drink... so naturally I put on Across 110th Street about a block early so the chorus would hit right as we were actually crossing 110th Street.
Great song.

Victim of The Night
A few that I have are:

"Send Love Through" and "My Name Is Mok" from Rock & Rule.

"Nowhere Fast", "Tonight Is What It Means To Be Young", and "Blue Shadows" from Streets Of Fire.

"Suicide is Painless" from M*A*S*H.

"On The Dark Side" and "Season In Hell (The Fire Suite)" from Eddie and the Cruisers.

"Midnight Radio" and "Wig In A Box" from Hedwig and the Angry Inch.

"Take My Breath Away" from Top Gun.

"Cat People (Putting Out Fire)" from Cat People.

Obviously I could list all the songs from Rocky Horror but in this case I go with the most overlooked, "Sword Of Damocles".

And there's about half of the soundtrack to Saturday Night Fever and several songs from Grease.

I feel like there's dozens more but I don't wanna spend all day on this.

I was just about to say that just about every song in the South Park movie is a banger.

The Guy Who Sees Movies
I generally hate movie songs, but I do have a soft spot for any of them from the Wizard of Oz.....like ALL of them, even Yo-EE-Yo-Oh-Hum. How could anybody not love a singing scarecrow.

The Guy Who Sees Movies
And then, there's that song from the biggest hit of its time,,,,the Titanic song.
