Desperate for help.

Trying to ID a strange movie. A woman rents or borrows this big house. She is greeted by a nice but odd man who shows her around and then leaves. Later she goes for a walk and sees someone and is frightened and heads back to the house. Later she arrives at a different place and encounters a bizarre man who I think looks like the first man. Near the end there is a naked man outside coming for her and crawls on the ground at night and then opens up to reveal another man or creature. Please help me. Im going crazy trying to remember this weird movie. Thank you!!!!

The naked man opens up? So somehow there was another man or creature inside the naked man?

I like the film. It's the right amount of creepy for me.

I saw it twice. Loved it.

I watched by myself the first time. I shared it with my friends the second time. They are convinced I have strange taste in cinema. Lol
