Actors or Directors that turn you off from wanting to watch a movie

Not an actor nor -primarily- a director, but it's Ryan Murphy for me... you have to suck noticeably if you're a writer and make me avoid you.

I wouldn't cry if Baz Luhrmann retires tomorrow either.

Ryan Murphy also created NIP/TUCK which was glorious trash.
He has a talent for a certain genre but he needs someone to tell him when to stop. Most of the AHS series are ruined by doing too much.

Keanu Reeves and Brad Pitt are the actors who'd make me think twice before I hit the "play" button.

Director David Cronenberg has disappointed me a few times too many so I've sort of given up. It's mostly the lifeless characters that bother me, somehow he never gets the best of his actors. I'd love to see a remake of The Brood, the only D.C. that I like but, for reason mentioned before, not as good as it could have been.

After the unforgivable failure of Maleficent (not to mention its hideous sequel) I have permanently blacklisted Angelina Jolie, who was never very much on my radar to begin with.
