Aww, I always liked Michael Callan...he had this quiet smoldering quality I really liked...loved him in Cat Ballou...RIP.

I didn't know him by name but I've seen Michael Callan most recently with Deborah Walley in Gidget Goes Hawaiian, he was good in that. He must have done just about every TV series that ever ran!

I first knew of him from Mysterious Island, a great entry in the Ray Harryhausen special effects films. My two sisters (older than me) raved about him when they saw Cat Ballou and fell in love with him. I finally saw Cat Ballou when it came on TV and thought he did a great job. And like @Citizen Rules said, it seemed like he was in every other TV series that was on, so he was a constant presence on the tube. Godspeed, Michael.
