So it's this movie made for tv(Probably in the 80s-90s ish), it starts with a murder scene with cardboard trees. There's an old man and his daughter(?), they find a dude in water, there's something about a card or a watch.
They live in a van, and they have some kind of walking circus where you can go in different "universes", and there's a villain in there, somwhere. One of the universes has a motel in it.
Then, it goes ninja and there's a scene with big stairs and everyting is white. A dude is about to be hung when another man tells him "Put this piece of wood on your throat so you won't die" and I think he dies anyway. In the end the old man does paperdoll shows.
Honestly, it's been a while since I've seen it. I've searched for it's name for years and yet I never found it!
