Could you finish Braindead?

I'm starting it and I want a clearer idea of what I'm up against. Is it really a cheese-fest or all too realistic? And could YOU finish it?

This is the same movie that's also known as Dead Alive with the monkey rat thing, right? I thought it was funny.
