As above. I'm interested in buying a 4K TV but would like to know if there's a big improvement in PQ over normal HD TV's when watching standard bluray discs? Thanks

Superhero comics are not my thing, ditto the films but they are obviously very popular and make massive amounts of profit for the studios, but they just don't float my boat for the reasons I stated...

Yep you're correct about the generational thing. I was 12 when Superman the movie came out, but at the time I was a Star Wars obsessive and didn't get round to seeing Superman until 2 years later on...
