June's a tricky time, as we may not be thinking or planning in terms of high heat as we are later in summer.
It turns out that high exertion over many hours in 90+ degree heat and direct sunlight can cause heatstroke, as I too was reminded just a few weeks ago.

Being from the Arizona desert originally, this alleged heat wave doesn't really bother me. The humidity though...I am not a fan.
We have our basement LEAN project on hold until this heat passes. Lugging shit up the stairs, out to the SUV and then driving to the dump is no bueno when it's so hot!
i'm good now. not looking forward to trying to finish this project up with the heatwave we got coming, tho. gonna have to stock up on pedialyte
