I thought it was entertaining, but would probably never watch it again. As for Jake performances, gotta love Nightcrawler and Prisoners.

it�s more of a homage than a reboot/remake. there were some key scenes that i wondered �how ya gonna top that� and thankfully they didn�t try. they worked within the framework of the original. subtle wink and nod sorta thing.

as a huge fan of the original i can say, other than the weird CGI choices, it was good.
