just called my mortgage company to see about an equity line. while I was on the phone with them I had nine other calls. all mortgage brokers. one of which left me the following voicemail:

Jealous you got to see ELO. I wasn't able to get tickets.

I saw Jungle last night and had fun. Some other fellow middle agers, but I mostly felt like a chaperone at a dance.

The show, sound, and stage presence of ELO was probably the best I've experienced. Well, as I type other shows come to mind such as NIN and Radiohead. Both were absolutely perfect. But speaking from the perspective fo not being an ELO fan, they are right up there. That handicap should say a lot to stand equal to two of my preferred bands.

I agree with AU on the range of guests. There were two college age kids we met separately. One was a massive hippy fan of the band. The girl, however, appeared to just be there for the fashion of it all until we noticed her singing along with about 50% of the lyrics.
