I used to go to a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine.  After, I was done seeing  him what I was  there for,  he would ask if I needed anything else, I would ask for my back to be popped. 

I carry a lot of tension in my back and shoulders . It always felt so good afterwards.[/quote]
