When I'm in a public space and I open a door, I always look behind me to see if I need to hold the door open for someone, and if there's someone within a few steps, then I keep it open for that person. Then if I'm behind someone going through a doorway, I make sure to hurriedly catch the door and thank the person.[/quote]
