The Shoutbox
You should know by now that capping of your gloating with a smile only makes it seem like you look down on the rest of us...
No, I understand perfectly Holds. And, as I said, it is amusing. I completely understand where you're coming from. Just ain't my bag anyway.

"My fellow nerds and I will retire to the nerdery with our calculators."
Yeah, but the context of my gloating is that his attempted nitpicky correction of me - which is fine, I welcome 'em, was starting from a huge error of his own in that he didn't even get the movie right. It's not that he made a boo-boo, it;s that his boo-boo came in an attempt at pointing out my boo-boo.

Oh, nevermind. That first shout was going to be my last gloat, and I even put a smiley in there to keep it all good natured, but now it has gotten extended.

ANYwho...
I find it amusing, too...but when I correct someone, I never gloat. Or at least, I don't anymore. Hey, maybe it's your style. For me, the correction alone is enough.

Now, off to the geekery.
Everybody makes em man..that's what makes us normal..making errors and then correcting them...
Not terrbily, no. But giving someone who was trying to catch me in a very minor error ***** for a blatantly stupid error of their own in that attempted correction, it just amuses me on its face.

So there.
"...I suppose you think that was terribly clever."
Is it an opinion on how to distinguish between words that start with the letter 'O'?
Need an opinion on something, so if someone could please PM me I would appreciate it...
I liked, and I'm sure you guys did as well, News Radio when Phil Hartman was still alive and on the show.

We used to have The Simpsons on twice at 5:30 and 6:30, but now we have "Third Rock", "Home Improvement", "Seinfeld", and "Just Shoot Me"

Blah...
