Name of film? (zombie turn out to be her fiance?)

Saw this on one of those annoying facebook shorts, where they will not say the title (but instead want you to click a dodgy link). Tried on and off for months trying to figure out what it is, so thought I try on here.


I dont know much about it (but do have a couple of screenshots). All I could gather, is it's probably a zombie movie and the Female lead is being chased by a zombie(?), when she realises that the zombie is actually her (possibly missing, maybe presumed dead) fiance.


Any ideas?

I immediately thought of It Stains the Sands Red. I don't think that's it though.

That's what I was going to say.

The actress is, I think, a natural brunette but she was a blond in the movie.
