Pictures not uploading to the Cartoon thread in the Misc section

I just tried uploading a picture to the Cartoon thread, but it didn't upload.

Then I tried uploading the same picture to a different thread, and it uploaded properly.

Then I tried uploading the same picture to the Cartoon thread again, and it didn't upload.

But when I cut and pasted the attachful code from the other thread into the Cartoon thread, it seems to work.

Hard to tell exactly what's happening from a distance, but the system is smart enough to know if something has already been uploaded, even if it's been uploaded to another thread. So that might be related.

Most importantly, when you say "it didn't upload," what does that mean, exactly? Do you get an error? If so, what does it say?

Sorry about that. I should have explained that better. It was only showing an empty box, as if the link was broken. (And just an FYI, the image had not been uploaded previously to this site.)

But I just tried it now, and it seems to be working today.
