It's amazing how many found a niche in film noir but didn;t do much else.

So true, I've seen a ton of film noirs and so many of the actors were primarily known for noir. Though some got a break and did other types of movies of course.

Dan Duryea

Gloria Grahame.

I think those last two have some fans here

I don't believe I have ever heard of Lizabeth Scott.

If you go through the MoFo Top 100 Films Noir Countdown Thread you will find there are lots of classic Noir fans and aficionados 'round these here parts.

I am sure fans of the genre know who she is, otherwise, not so much.

Wendell Corey has become a favorite of mine recently. He was a versatile actor who could play parts with some great depth.
