Philosophical documentary about the state of the world and the future

Lots of different people interviewed on the streets around the world. I remember a homeless rapper willingly partaking with his thoughts and ideas on all kinds of things. It had a nice, laid back vibe and a different and open ended perspective. Creative and interesting without being awkward or cringy at all.

Saw about half of it on TV, I believe around 2004. Would love to see it again

Do you remember what channel it was on? You might be able to look it up if you can remember the TV channel.

Unfortunately I don't remember

I've tried all the semi usable movie finders I know of. Also tried placing the two mentioned titles along with Live From Shiva's Dance Floor (2003) in an Amazon shopping cart without logging in but don't get any recommendations based on other customers at all.

It's a bit strange as I would have expected it to be somewhat well known based on style and quality of content alone.

You saw it on TV in 2004. What country were you in? What language was it in?

Norway. English. Parts of it, if not all, was from cities in the US. I seem to remember New York but not entirely sure. Some big US city anyway. Different people from the street speaking their mind.
