A man is sitting in a restaurant, being pampered by an attractive waitress, he turns to her and says "I am ready now". She gets down on all fours and crawls under the table, he begins wriggling and yelping in delight. She is then shown tickling his feet with two feathers.

I saw it on dailymotion as part of the "Outthere" show reel, a cult TV show from the UK.

No, Passion of Love appears to be a period drama. This is more contemporary, I would say 1960s-1980s.

I should add, that her maid outfit was open at the back, you could see her naked body from the shoulders to her ankles.
