Rugrats live-action/CG movie

Any Rugrats fans around here? Paramount just announced a new Rugrats movie is in production, this time with hybrid live-action/CG... this should be interesting.

I'm probably gonna watch it.

I really don't understand what is this bizarre fascination with making "live" adaptations of every cartoon imaginable. I mean, I can understand it with certain films, but stuff like this? Pfff
