Yeah, I think it's silly they always leave it open as 1% until the scores are final, even if you only have your kicker left and are down by 67 points. Could a kicker, in theory, attempt and make fourteen 50+yard field goals in a single game? Yes, if a game went to overtime and every single possession ended with making a long field goal, I suppose you kicker would, indeed, get 70 fantasy points and you would win! Is that in any realm of probability? No, unless you are rounding WAY up to that 1%.
