Although whilst not without interest as a novelty, and for the visuals, it is more of a piece of moving artwork or stage performance than a film, and pretentious at that. I got bored with it eventually.








I might suggest The Duellists which is Scott's attempt to make his own version of Kubrick's earthy realism.
