Private

Single at the moment. Don't have the time to meet anyone right now as most of my time is taken up looking after someone who is ill. Be a bit boring for them I think and wouldn't have much time for someone.

Too bad, I don't like private polls. I feel the polls should all be public so we all can see the results. So I won't do the poll but I will say I'm happily married

I made it private in case there were some who didn't want others knowing that they're with someone.

But you can see the results right? It's been a long time since I made a thread with a poll so I don't remember how it works.

I don't think polls here show the specific username of those who vote.

I am not. Married for 14+ years, and we dated for about five before that, so at this point I hardly remember what it's like to be single.

I think they do if the OP makes them public. Unless that has changed, @Yoda could tell us for sure.

Yes. I am, to put it mildly, strange (have tried to beat it, but that’s never happening). Dating doesn’t tend to work for me, I try it every few years but relationships feel like a second (or third) job. I’m an extreme introvert, I love to spend time in quiet reflection, and can only talk about abstract things. None of which bodes well for my romantic prospects. I’ve mostly made my peace with that after my last breakup in late ‘23, which I initiated. So yeah, very single. But I try to cut myself some slack. And for once, I’m not in the minority (as far as the poll results go!).

I can barely put up with my own shit. Why would I want someone else’s?

Unfortunately. What I wouldn't give to change that, though.

I've been married for just slightly less than I've been on this forum. My movieforums anniversary is always a good reminder not to forget my wedding anniversary a few weeks later

wife and i did the classic lesbians move of moving in together after like a month and getting engaged after 8 months. coming up on 2 years together
