Yeah I noticed that lol! Hey, if I get knocked out of the playoffs due to one more loss Id hope it would be HeyFredericks team. Nobody should go winless.

Even with a sixth loss, you still could make the playoffs In a 6 team playoff format, such as our league, o haven’t seen anyone miss with an 8-6 record…..yet, anyways.

I’d probably bet on you regardless of this results compared to most teams that still have some tough matchups remaining.

Well, Im gonna say it. Now that he is finally playing... Christian McCaffrey sucks.

McConkey questionable for tomorrow. I was really freaking close to subbing in Waddle, he goes for 25 points. If I lose, I will really beat myself up this week.

I’d say it’s more of a combination of things. Returning from an injury half way through the season, fighting off rust, and dealing with the loss of Purdy who has been a little inconsistent this year as well, which could also be due to injuries to key players (CMC, Deebo, Kittle, Aiyuk).

Regardless, I share your concerns as well, only with Deebo, who h sheen very disappointing this year but I can at least understand why his production has fallen a bit.

So far, my matchup is going as I had hoped. However, even if I somehow get a 40 point lead, I can’t feel too confident at all, because Lamar can erase that all on his own.

Which means I will be actively watching the score tomorrow night

Well, Jackson looks like he wants to do his usual thing and put up 30-40 points tonight. Hope has dwindled

So rare that the player you stash on your bench only for use in BYE weeks up and has a big game when you actually play him. With Bijon Robinson off for the week I was forced to start Justice Hill. He was kind enough to rip off a late, 51-yard TD run that put me on the path to a very unlikely victory.

I have been very lucky this year, winning with no dominant WR and getting by with close victories.
I was owed by the fantasy football gods.

The next few weeks will be very interesting, as I expect spot 4-6 will shift between Raul, Sedai, Tongo, Sean, Holden and myself. Even at 7-5, one can’t feel too comfortable.

I certainly need to avoid losing to Hey Frederick and Yoda. Those aren’t givens.

Here’s to a very interesting two weeks going forward.

I had to admit what everyone knows already, but Im not a smart man. I just know enough to get by, and knew the only shot I had at the playoffs with my low point total was a better record. If I was lumped with a bunch of other teams late in the season Id be out. Officially I am now lumped with a bunch of other teams at the end of the season.

Cosmetically though Id have to say my roster looked pretty damn good. Problem is CMC was out most of the season and isnt able to function like a first or second rounder. Tyreek Hill wasnt just with a bad QB for a chunk of the year, but after getting him found hes been playing with a bad wrist. Alvin Kamara has been playing with fractured ribs and a broken hand. Davonte Adams is at the mercy of whatever Aaron Rodgers can still possibly muster. My QB slot has never been worth much, and Ive had 3 different ones. So it is done.

Good luck to any team that hasnt won this chamionship before, Im rooting for you

Matchups with playoff implications to watch this week:

1.*Wylde Wolves (6-6)*
vs Parrotheads (1-11)
Once again, Hey Frederick is looking to play spoiler, but it may be harder with no byes this week. My narrow win last week has provided me with a path to the playoffs, but what if we have several of us finish 8-6 and it comes down to points? I don’t feel safe if that is the case due to my low point total. I need several teams to lose at least once more and I need to win out.

2 11 Angry Men (3-9)
Vs North Dallas Tongo (6-6)
Tongo couldn’t afford a loss last week and it may come back to haunt him. It isn’t out of the question he could finish 8-6 if he also wins out, but one more loss may prevent his return to the playoffs. Yoda just wants to avoid probably his worse season ever while looking ahead to next year and also lamenting our reluctance to a roto style system.

3. The Jackson 11 (6-6)
Vs Titletown Champs (7-5)
Sedai liekly had his hopes dashed this past week with the narrow loss, but because there has been little separation yet, he could still make it in. Beating Raul would be the first step to holding on to some hope.

4. Love Brokers (7-5)
Vs The Return of the Dark Decade(9-3)
Holden would prefer a win here, but he is up against one of the top teams who is looking to secure that bye.

5. Wide Right (6-6)
Vs WhentheLeveonBreaks (4-8)
Sean could really use a win here, as another loss might make him reconsider drafting Bills players so heavily next year.

Doomguys (9-3)
Vs The Censored Clowns (8-4)

Both teams are playing for a bye, and Justin could strengthen his hold with a win, or Spaulding can put himself back into contention for at least the second bye, depending on PW’s results over the next two weeks. It helps that Spaulding has the points advantage in case a tiebreaker is needed.
Spaulding (or Yoda 2.0 as others have referred to him as) has uncharacteristically lost 3 in a row, so now would be a good time to correct course.

I got a fluke gift from Tyreek Hill Thanksgiving. Now Ive decided to run with Carr and Taysom Hill going forward. Not safe plays compared to Russell Wilson and my other TEs, but much better point upside. Points is what I need to get out of the gutter if theres any chance left.

I think McCaffrey @ Buffalo is gonna be a complete wash Ive seen Twitter clips of the stadium last night and the snow was coming down like a disaster movie.
