I had vaguely heard or read about ketchup on eggs but never saw it. But 10+ years ago, living in Brooklyn (the last placed I lived in NYC before moving to Reno) there was a deli where I occasionally had an egg breakfast sandwich, and the guy would always ask, "salt, pepper, ketchup?" and I would always decline. So it definitely is a thing (he asked all customers ordering an egg sandwich this question). Somewhere along the line I tried a little ketchup on it and it was much better than I expected (but can't say I stuck with it).

Sriracha hot sauce on spaghetti - I am not a fan of sriracha. If I want to hotten my spaghetti sauce I'll use some red pepper flakes, the kind one puts on pizza.

Red chili oil (the Chinese restaurant kind, it is different from sriracha in that it contains no vinegar)

Never had, judging from ingredients and pictures probably don't like, or at least, many I like better. Not really a big gingerbread fan.
