Looks like the Basketball season starts today. Already have 2 players on Injured List. Probably similar to baseball when it comes to that.

That’s the default by the way, I didn’t apply Tongo rules. It definitely makes sense because how many off days there are in basketball.

Yeah the idea is just so that the winner is the person picking the right players and not just somebody who is the first to pick up everybody who is playing a game that day, like in days where there are only like 3-4 games.

Matched up with Spaulding in both leagues this week. Hopefully he is too tired whooping me in Basketball to carry it over into Fòotball.

Ok this is a new Yahoo glitch Ive never seen before. Im looking at my team page, and it shows no games. I go forward to the next day, and the next and so on, and theres no games. Yet when I hit the Oppponents tab it shows the games for today and the coming week.
Just thought yall would want to know.

Mine was good this morning and just now. Strange. Thanks for the heads up. If you could forget to start a couple guys this week it would be helpful. Injuries killing me, but I am not willing to part with anyone for the long haul.

Well it took a week but Yahoo finally fixed the team pages opponents listings. Very tedious having to hit the Opponent button to see who was playing.

I dont know who Brandon is, but he must know what hes doing. Undefeated so far.

The only guy I don’t know who requested to be in the league, and yeah, he’s probably going to whip us. Figures.

I didn't realize until five minutes before our draft that this is a points-based scoring system rather than category based. It's nice not having to worry about FG percentage or FT percentage, but I miss the strategy element of balancing out a roster with players who can contribute to each of the various categories.

I seem to have a pretty good team, though, despite being plagued by injuries most of the season. Luka is still on the shelf. LaMelo, Durant and McCollum have missed significant time. These are my top guys, yet I'm second in the standings. Maybe that's more of an indictment against the rest of the league, though, since it seems a lot of people aren't paying close attention and setting their line-ups regularly.

Yeah, I don’t think I realized how big if an ask the everyday element is. Kind of a bummer but at least the top half should be a battle. It’s been a while since played fantasy basketball, so holy crap the amount of sitting that goes on for hangnails now. I’m the old man waving my cane in the air everyday over here setting my lineup.
