Bride that locked herself up for years

Im looking for a movie/episode from a show where a woman was about to get married. I dont know the details that well anymote but i believe on her wedding day her husband to be leaves her for another woman. She locks herself up for like 20 years, boarding all windows, never leasing the house.

All these years she still wore her wedding dress everyday. The room of her wedding is untouched, with the wedding caje still there and such. She became fat and unattractive. I believe two children find out about her where she tells her story to.

At the end she falls out of a window to her death. While dying she looks up from the grass into the sky she hasnt seem for so many years and says; is that the sun? And then succumbs to her wounds.

The movie must have come from the 90s

If anyone knows what movie this is i would be very thankfull.

That sounds like Miss Havisham from Great Expectations, so probably a version of that.

Great Expectations is a famous novel by Charles Dickens, It has been adapted to movies and television many times.
