2025 MoFo Fantasy Baseball: The Season

I think my motto is to not hold onto people too long. That may result in a few bad decisions but it can really hurt your team if you wait for nothing too.

This sort of encapsulates one of the tougher aspects of FBB, yea? So many factors go into it: Favoritism, homerism, misunderstanding various stats, name recognition, misunderstanding the fundamentals of baseball, players purposely under or overplaying...the list goes on!

My early day hitting is pretty bad. My late night hitting, on the other hand, is pretty amazing. Would be nice if they could be on the same page.*
Starting pitchers are very good so far. My relief pitching? That’s another story.*
Still only the second week, so plenty of time to work this lineup out, but I like where I’m at so far.

Martin Perez. This reeks of desperation but its just all part of the process in building a pitching corps. Hes been awful from what Ive seen the past 2 years, but had an incredible spring, and first regular game. Maybe he learned to throw a slider, who knows? Learning happens.

Gray just lost his QS because they left him out there a bit too long.
Almost as bad as when they’re taken out at 5.2 innings pitched

Losing my patience with Crews

Ill never go all offense the first 10 rounds of the draft again. In no-way does this guarantee an offensive juggernaut out of the gate. Matt McClain is kicking butt, the rest are slow to get going. Just gotta take the wait. :/

It's April 3rd.

Semien and Butler have started slow for me, as have Story and Crews, but as Yoda has said….its only April 3rd. Only 1 full week into the season. Remember last year, when you were near the bottom of the league and managed to finagle trades and roster moves that enabled you to finish 2nd? It’s a marathon. Not a sprint.
My guess is you’ll work it out.
