Okay, another screen:

Like the fella says, in Italy for 30 years under the Borgias they had warfare, terror, murder, and bloodshed, but they produced Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, and the Renaissance. In Switzerland they had brotherly love - they had 500 years of democracy and peace, and what did that produce? The cuckoo clock."

I don't think so, but...3:10 to Yuma?

Maybe Holden Pike can figure that out.

Oh, another pic just came up.

The Devil and Daniel Webster?

No. The director is probably best known for a few westerns that would follow this one. This film also has two common English titles and takes the film noir genre into unconventional territory.

I remebered a long time ago for some reason (a new toy to play with) I did take some photo captures from one movie. Shouldn't be hard to figure.

Okay, I'm going to guess just because I'm tired of looking at this picture and want another one. Is it "The Guy in the Country-Folks' Kitchen"?

Well, that's Peter Cushing on the right, and it's clearly one of the many Hammer films. As to which one? I'll guess Horror of Dracula (1958), I believe that's it, but it could be any number of them.

So, is that correct and is it safe to move on? I am looking forward to the next one. Whatever it may be.

OK, it was...

Night Moves
1975, Arthur Penn

The girl in the third pic with the sunglasses is a young Melanie Griffith (who gets nekkid a couple times in this movie). The mechanic under the car is James Woods (who happily keeps his pants on).

You could have kept it up a little longer after the last pics. Someone might have figured it. Not me though. Familiar with the movie in the sense I heard of it, never saw it.
