How will Laura from Logan grow?

I watched the film Logan a while ago and couldn't help but think how his daughter will grow.

If her skeleton is coated in Adamantium which is nearly indestructible how will her bones grow with her body?

From what i recall from the comics her skeleton wasnt laced the same as logan. Only her hand and foot claws were.
