We have a grocery store here called Hy-vee. They have this sign for a Christmas tree made from French Macarons. A single cookie is normally $1.99.

I understand it's a technique to make but to sell a display of these cookies and you can't even eat them.

They have your normal flavors and they have like tiramasu, amaretto and cotton candy flavors as well.

Looking at the picture, it looks like - strawberry, lemon, vanilla bean, tiramasu, pistachio,, raspberry and key lime. If it's lavender colored on the far right, it's more than likely Birthday Cake.
