What are you doing at this very moment?

Now at home, chillin with the most chill song of all time, Do It Again by Steely Dan. This song's so brilliant I even invented a culture based off its vibes in my debut novel.

Trouble with a capitial 'T'
Well you didn't add 2020, so I will assume you don't mean Mad Dog, otherwise know as Mogan David.

I am getting ready to go home and listening to Khruangbin.
Nope, MD making dinner. NIBT

I am getting ready to go home and listening to Khruangbin.

Fellow Khruangbinie here. Listened to lots of their stuff last night while working.

At this very moment, I’m on my way home with a brand-new bruise from my pole workout. But I do kind of dig what they say about workouts. Gym does keep the worst of my anxiety at bay. That and music.

Searching for movie to watch, there are so many of them, hope the one I will watch won't be a waste of time

Have you chose one yet?🤔

Pole workouts look pretty awesome, you must have lots of upper body strength. I use handweights, gives me an advantage for my job.

I have a very complicated relationship with fitness, as a formerly rather unwell person. But now I’m in great shape and I love pole. It’s mainly arms, very hard on the wrists, everything else kind of comes with experience. Fun fact: for years I’ve been doing pole at the same studio with the same coach as a senior exec at Netflix. Fun chats

What’s your job, if you don’t mind me asking? I do also lift weights but sparingly, not too much.

What I’m doing at this very moment is finishing The Crucible.

I'm a delivery driver for a supermarket, I spend a lot of time on the road so it's nice to relax each evening after work.

Oh you'll have to get the netflix guy to join MoFo! 😀

I can do 50 sit-ups with my feet wedged under my sofa, without stopping or I'd lose the momentum.
Use sports tape on your wrists, it'll support them, I've had tendonitis in each wrist which is very painful so I often use sports tape.

Interesting on the tape — I’ve seen people use it but never tried it on my wrists (I have a background in ballet and used on my ankles/toes/feet at the time, as a kid… god ballet sucked. It’s literal torture, I don’t think I’ll ever get over it). Hope there’s something out there to help with tendonitis! Sounds tough.

The Netflix friend is a she, but hey, why not. I’ll see what she thinks — I assume she may have a case of overexposure, but who knows.

I can potentially do 50 sit ups…. If I have to. But I work out every day, so tend to do stuff in shorter spurts, HIIT-type. I do lots of hot Pilates and hot yoga, which is pretty rough on occasion but incredible for endurance.

Watching my Bucs take on the Bengals in preseason. 7-7 at half. Wish Kyle Trask would look a little sharper.

Rewatching Warehouse 13. I haven't seen it in a decade.

I haven't seen "Warehouse 13", but I was at a convention where the cast was there, and I spent some time talking to Eddie McClintock. (I loved him as Jake on the short-lived sitcom "Stark Raving Mad".) He seems like a very nice guy.

You sound really fit and health conscious. Everything we do now to stay fit will help us as we get older.🤗

Apologies for presuming your netflix friend was male I'm all for girl power so should've presumed she was a female.

When I have tendonitis there's no painkillers that work for me, the sports tape does though so after about a week I'm pain free

Onwards and upwards. Like most people, I go back and forth but hoping to stick to my current regime.

Oh no, it’s entirely understandable. If the film business discriminates against women (I don’t even entirely agree, but as a generalisation), then pole fitness discriminates against men. There used to be one guy that would train at the same studio as me, but that’s it. I don’t know what became of him. Doubt he still does pole.

That’s incredible. It is very fortunate to have found a solution.

This very moment: dragged myself to my Sunday morning hot workout.
