Recent maybe marvel movie ?

Sorry I'm a bit vague on this one. The only scene I remember is a girl (teens I think) in her room and I think it's in the evening (dark outside) she might be in an apartment room or in a house on the second floor in her room in the city, maybe and something crashes through her wall?


Anyway I think she's a normal girl who gains super powers - so that's why I think it's a marvel movie. Also I think she is indian or semi dark skin.



It's fairly new, I guess within the last 7 years maybe?


Any ideas?
